Director of Banquets
Our Director of Banquets is the leader in charge of all banquet functions for the hotel. This person directs the preparation and execution of banquet events according to quality standards, anticipates and fulfills expectations of guests as outlined in banquet event orders. He or she will work closely with the Catering department, is accountable for service excellence, long and short-term planning, budgeting, and labor relations. The ideal candidate is driven, has a keen eye for detail, is a strong communicator and can thrive in an ever-changing fast-paced, hotel environment. Previous Banquets leadership experience in a full-service hotel setting is required.
