Reservationist

Meat Market Palm Beach is seeking experienced Hostess/Models for hosting position. Ideal candidate should possess a warm personality, style and grace as well as extensive knowledge of Open Table Reservation System. Great hours and environment!

Server

Meat Market Palm Beach is currently accepting applications for experienced Servers. The perfect candidate will have a very high standard of personal appearance and demonstrate the ability to build relationships with regular guests. Applicants must possess a minimum of 2 years Server experience in a fine dining establishment and a strong knowledge of food, wine & spirits.

F & B Manager

Applicants must be a fully functioning expert in all processes and positions, you will lead the overall operations of the restaurant. Operations leader is extremely hands-on in the FOH and BOH (front-of-the-house and back-of-the-house) and ensures a personalized experience is provided to each customer, each time. 4 years experience required.

Floor Supervisor

Monitor servers and DRAs adherence to all service standards, SOPs and LSOPs, including inspecting staff for correct, clean, complete uniform, clean polished shoes, name tag and general appearance standards. Supervise service of guests, being watchful of signals from guests in need of service.

Sous Chef

Meat Market seeks an experienced and energetic personality to fill the position of Sous Chef in assisting the Chef/Manager with food production and quality assurance. 2 Years minimum experience as sous chef required.
