Dining Room Manager

Ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff in all steps of service and attending to guests needs while maintaining our high standard of appearance, hospitality and service. Dining Room Manager will supervise training of dining room staff and manage operations within budgetary constraints. A minimum of 2 years of fine dining experience and knowledge of computers as well as POS systems are required.

Sous Chef

Seeking an experienced and energetic personality to fill the position of Sous Chef in assisting the Chef/Manager with food production and quality assurance. 2 Years minimum experience as sous chef required.

Server

The perfect candidate will have a very high standard of personal appearance and demonstrate the ability to build relationships with regular guests. Applicants must possess a minimum of 2 years Server experience in a fine dining establishment and a strong knowledge of food, wine & spirits.

Bartender

Friendly, courteous and professional Bartenders that will be able to provide quick and efficient service at all times. The perfect candidate will have a very high standard of personal appearance and demonstrate the ability to build relationships with regular guests. A minimum of 2 years Bartender experience and good communication and organizational skills are required.

Busser

Candidate must be able to work all day shifts including weekends and holidays. A minimum of 2 years experience in a fine dining establishment and good communication and organizational skills are required

Hostess

Seeking experienced Hostess/Models for hosting position. Ideal candidate should possess a warm personality, style and grace as well as extensive knowledge of Open Table Reservation System. Great hours and environment!

F & B Manager

Applicants must be a fully functioning expert in all processes and positions, you will lead the overall operations of the restaurant. Operations leader is extremely hands-on in the FOH and BOH (front-of-the-house and back-of-the-house) and ensures a personalized experience is provided to each customer, each time. 4 years experience required.

Sous Chef

Seeking an experienced and energetic personality to fill the position of Sous Chef in assisting the Chef/Manager with food production and quality assurance. 2 Years minimum experience as sous chef required.

Floor Supervisor

Monitor servers and DRAs adherence to all service standards, SOPs and LSOPs, including inspecting staff for correct, clean, complete uniform, clean polished shoes, name tag and general appearance standards. Supervise service of guests, being watchful of signals from guests in need of service.

Prior experience and knowledge of Open Table/Guest Center is required. Must be able to train and supervise front door staff. Excellent opportunities for advancement with expanding company. The ideal candidate will possess a high degree of knowledge of the Tampa community, a strong work ethic, an ability to multi-task and to problem-solve. 

Barback

The Barback's role is to ensure that bartenders have everything they need during service for the success and smooth running of a busy, high-energy bar.  A basic knowledge of wine and liquor is essential to this position. Ideal candidates should be energetic, enthusiastic and in good shape as the role can be physically demanding.
