Sebastien Tribout has spent nearly twenty years creating memorable impressions in the restaurant business. Born and raised in France, Tribout earned a Master's degree in law at the University of Cergy Pontoise in Paris in 1997 and attended the Sciences Politiques Prep School in 1998. A passion for the culinary landscape, Tribout turned toward a career in restaurant management, where a 9 year stint as Senior Manager at Planet Hollywood in Paris honed his restaurant expertise. An offer as Assistant General Manager at Planet Hollywood in Orlando, Florida lured Tribout to the States.
In May 2006, Tribout joined the team at Emeril’s Tchoup Chop at Universal Orlando's Royal Pacific Resort as General Manager. In 2007, Tribout ventured to South Beach, where he spent nearly 4 years overseeing daily operations at Emeril’s Miami Beach inside the famed 12-story art deco St. Moritz Hotel building. In 2011, Tribout joined the Meat Market team as General Manager, overseeing the bustling Lincoln Road steakhouse. Currently, Tribout is responsible for handling day-to-day operations of the award-winning contemporary restaurant which has received critical acclaim and accolades since its opening, including three consecutive “Award of Excellence” by Wine Spectator from 2012-2014.
